Fortress’s software is user-friendly, transparent and informative, and in combination with Walker & Dunlop’s extensive relationships across the multi-family industry, will create tremendous value for multi-family owners and operators.

Fortress offers Walker & Dunlop yet another way to help owners and operators of multi-family homes optimize their portfolio performance. According to the National Multifamily Housing Council, there are approximately 22 million apartment units in nearly three million properties in United States, 48% of which are apartments of less than 100 units, considered medium to small multi-family properties. Walker & Dunlop has already made significant investments in human resources and technology this year to expand its lending capabilities to medium and small property owners and has set itself the goal of expanding this business to $ 5 billion in annual loan origination by 2025.
