Treasury Wine Estates Selects Fluent Commerce’s Distributed Order Management System to Streamline Inventory Management and Improve Customer Experience Through Its Branded Online Stores.
The fluid trade order management system (WHO) has been integrated into Salesforce Commerce Cloud and within a week of going live, Treasury Wine Estates’ Adelaide distribution center was no longer consistently limited by the number of orders it could ship and began shipping same day for the first times.
In partnership with consulting and implementation of order management, Bridge Solutions Groupa Pivotree company, Treasury Wines Estates now has a single view of global inventory and the ability to more efficiently process online orders directly to the customer.
