Malcolm believes RedView CRM has played a significant role in the company’s success.
“It helps lawyers do their job, which is a big plus,” he said. “And on the business management side, it gives us essential data and insights to make informed decisions.”
“Before RedView? Well, we had a pretty ad hoc approach. Handwritten notes. Type emails. Send them to who we thought was the right person. The details would only enter the PMS if we converted them. So there was a real lack of data,” Malcolm recalls.
Malcolm thinks this was a great opportunity to increase conversion rates through a better system.
“Choosing RedView was easy. The interface is straightforward. The system is easy to manage and handle. It’s almost like you spend five or ten minutes playing with it and know how to use it.
How Redview Helped
“I like that when I assign a request to someone else, it stays on my list until it’s completed. It relieves the pressure of having to remember details,” he continues.
Malcolm also sees RedView as a real timesaver.
“I don’t need to annoy other team members and suck up their precious time. I can just jump right into the survey and see the current status, then I can message the system and it’s all self-contained,” he says.
Results, return on investment and future plans.
“Well, that’s a 100% improvement from where we were, that’s for sure,” Malcolm says.
Malcolm is clear on the impact of RedView. “It works. It does what it says it will. While it’s easy to get distracted by the spectrum of available software, RedView is powerful in its simplicity. It gives our team the tools we need. needed to do the job properly.
