First zone: “Support society”
- Social digital twin (1) – create a living digital model of society as a whole
Fujitsu will present a traffic optimization project to create simulations to reduce urban CO2 emissions based on London traffic data. This technology is based on converging technologies (2) to make highly accurate predictions of human behavior and create digital reproductions of society to visualize future actions and possible risks, and to support the formulation of various countermeasures.
In the “Supporting Society” area, Fujitsu additionally plans to showcase data-driven initiatives to improve private enterprise equipment maintenance.
Second zone: “Supporting the economy”
- Make monozukuri and 3D smart factories with Cyber Physical System (CPS) (3)
Fujitsu will demonstrate manufacturing processes from planning to production in the virtual domain. Fujitsu also offers attendees VR experiences of smart monozukuri and future factories made with CPS.
The realization of monozukuri and 3D smart factories represents an initiative of “sustainable manufacturing”, one of Fujitsu Uvance’s main focus areas to achieve growth through the coexistence of people and earth.
- Creating a connected future with 5G
Focusing on future working styles, Fujitsu will present a working style reform project that uses 5G and video-based high-precision positioning technology as part of its initiatives to digitize the workplace to save and automate labor.
Third zone: “Accompanying daily life”
- Motion analysis with human digital twin technology to improve daily life
Fujitsu to Demonstrate Its 3D Sensing Technology for Markerless Analysis and Digitization of Complex Human Body Movements (4) which is also used in Fujitsu’s proprietary sensing technology for real-time quantification of athlete movements. Using this technology, Fujitsu will also offer participants the opportunity to analyze their golf swings on the site.
- Unified commerce for user-friendly recommendations
Fujitsu will also offer attendees the opportunity to experience unified commerce (5)a new type of shopping experience where individual customers receive personalized recommendations via a smartphone app during their daily purchases.
