"Machines CAN NOT own property" and your spouse, being a machine, would inherit everything you owned at the time of your death. So, to prevent this from ever happening, marriage to any robot can not be allowed ever. No matter how real they may seem to be , they are ALL just "machines". They can be your companion at what ever level you like but, never your legal spouse.
